Product Insights
The Square Silicone Ice Cube Tray by Simons Maison offers large 2-inch cubes that dilute cocktails at half the rate of standard 1-inch cubes, while its food-grade silicone remains pliable in the freezer, resists cracking, and safely releases delicate items without breakage. However, the silicone may absorb strong freezer odors over time, a trade-off that can be managed by covering the tray before freezing or by soaking it in a baking soda paste or vinegar to neutralize absorbed odors.
