The Intempora no. 225 paring knife from renowned brand Opinel is a must-have in any kitchen. Its thin, pointed blade is perfect for chopping, slicing, and peeling fruits and vegetables, as well as trimming meats. Its versatile design and 8 cm Sandvik stainless steel blade is versatile ensures a smooth cutting motion and excellent corrosion resistance without special maintenance. Moreover, its contoured handle improves grip while reducing fatigue. Encapsulated in polyoxymethylene and loaded with fibreglass, this model provides excellent wear, impact and water resistance.
  • Blade made of martensitic stainless steel with a high carbon content (0.52%), which guarantees excellent sharpness, superior cutting performance, and good corrosion resistance
  • Full-tang blade extending throughout the entire length of the handle, making the knife robust and well balanced by distributing the weight of the steel evenly
