Product Insights
The Simons Maison Acacia Wood Pepper Mill ($29 CAD) combines renewable acacia hardwood with ceramic burrs (Mohs 7-9) that stay sharp, resist rust, and enable waterless cleaning via rice. Its natural tannins inhibit bacterial growth, though the mill requires oiling every 1–3 months to prevent cracking. The exclusive design attracts compliments, but buyers note the fine grind is slow for large batches, making it ideal for precision over volume.

Pepper mill
It works well. The grinds are fine milled. I think I need a different one for larger cooking, one that mills faster and when cooking a big batch of food.
