Je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande. 2 messages échangés avec le service à la clientèle n’ont rien changé. Le premier agent m’a assuré que je devais recevoir ma commande sous peu et la semaine d’après le deuxième agent m’a assuré de communiquer avec moi dès qu’il aurai des informations du transporteur avec lequel il semble un avoir un problème de traitement de la livraison. Ça va faire 4 jours et aucun suivi depuis.
