Bad. So bad. I had their Daily Chair - so not the one you are looking at but I was still shocked by how bad it was. Messed up my neck and back. I used it for WFH for 10 months and by the end, I couldn't sit on it for 10 minutes without being in major pain. I bought a Herman Miller Mirra 2 secondhand on Facebook Marketplace for $350 CAD and almost overnight my body pain was gone. It has been two months now and I couldn't be happiero. Highly recommend looking at secondhand options.
