Each jar contains pre-measured puréed vegetables and dry ingredients to easily whip up a healthy dessert recipe with more fibre and less sugar, like snack breads, muffins, cookies, magdalenas... It's up to you!
Simply add one or two eggs according to the recipe with a little vegetable oil
