La pincée is the brainchild of two creatives, Catherine de Gongre and François Maisonneuve, who started dreaming by adding their own grain of salt. Since 2012, they have developed a nose for and expertise in developing original and delicious spice blends in their own image. What's their secret recipe? The magic that comes from textures, flavours, colours and wonderful combinations. The founders leave nothing to chance, meticulously curating every ingredient and their origins-preferably local. The ﬁnesse, balance, and eye for aesthetics that they leverage for each of their creations means everyone can easily make them their own and dive into a world where they can do anything their heart desires!

These BBQ spice blends are perfectly balanced and versatile. They are slightly sweet to help caramelize foods and have a delicately crunchy texture. Use them to add pop to your grilled or vegetarian dishes, or sprinkle them on your vegetables before cooking. Start your ovens!
