Cord-free light for outdoor evenings
A cordless, portable LED lamp for lighting outdoor evenings without an outlet — the brand positions it as a companion for activities like garden dinners, patio evenings, beach outings, or nights in a tent. Product photos show it casting a warm, soft downward glow that pools light on the surface beneath it. It carries an IP54 rating for outdoor conditions and runs on a rechargeable battery.[1,5,6,7,8,9]
Carrying light from spot to spot by hand
The Ulli is a wireless LED portable lamp made to be picked up and carried by hand, with a rounded aluminium handle at the top of its frame so it hangs vertically as you walk. Fermob describes it as handy for activities around the garden, in a tent, or at the beach. The handle is described as light yet rugged.[1,7,9]
Tune the light from warm glow to bright cool white
Use the touch-activated dimmer on the base to adjust brightness from 10 to 100% and switch between warm white (3000 K) and cool white (6000 K) light, so the lamp can shift from a soft evening glow to a brighter, cooler light. A 4-second click changes brightness and a double short click changes the light temperature.[1,4]
Cord-free light for the patio, campsite, or beach
The Ulli Portable Lamp runs on a rechargeable battery, so you can set it down anywhere without hunting for an outlet — on a garden table, in a tent, or on the beach. At full brightness, the manufacturer specs it for a minimum of 6 hours of light per charge, enough to cover an evening outdoors.[1,4,5,7]
Recharging Ulli for the next evening outdoors
When the built-in battery runs low after an evening on the patio or balcony, the Ulli recharges with its included magnetic USB-C cable — it attaches magnetically, so reconnecting the lamp is quick. A full recharge takes about 4 hours, restoring the manufacturer's rated minimum of 6 hours of light at full brightness, ready for the next gathering.[1,4,6]
Keep it lit all evening on wired power
When you want light for longer than a single battery charge, you can keep the Ulli Portable Lamp plugged in via its USB cable. Fermob specifies that the lamp includes a bypass to prevent battery damage during wired use, so it can run off mains power instead of relying on the battery.[1,3,4,5]
Product comparison
Compared within this brand.
| Ulli Portable Lamp: Choose this if you want a cordless, rechargeable LED lamp the brand positions as a versatile companion for outdoor settings like the garden, tent, or beach. Its touch dimmer adjusts brightness from 10 to 100% and switches between warm white (3000K) and cool white (6000K), with an IP54 rating and IK 6 impact resistance for outdoor conditions, a minimum 6-hour battery life at full brightness, and a 4-hour recharge via the magnetic USB cable (about 59 inches) that's included. Note that it has no Bluetooth connectivity and carries an energy rating of F, and its 220-lumen output is modest.[1,2,3,4,5,6,7] | Mini Balad Portable Lamps Set Of 3: Choose this set of three cordless mini lamps if you want flexible accent lighting for dinner tables, window ledges, or a child's night light, with a warm 2300K candle-style flickering mode that reviewers describe as mood lighting rather than task lighting. Each lamp measures about 4 by 4 by 5 inches, runs up to 10 hours per charge with a 4-hour recharge, and all three can recharge at once on the included cable. Note that the bamboo handles prefer a drier environment, so one retailer recommends storing this bamboo edition indoors and protected from the weather.[10,11,12,13,14,15] | Mini Balad Portable Lamps Set Of 3: Choose this if you want miniature cordless lamps for flexible placement—Simons suggests them as table accent lighting, on a window ledge, or as a night light in a children's room, and the set includes three rechargeable lamps measuring about 4 inches by 4 inches by 5 inches each. Each lamp offers three colour temperatures, including a 2300K flickering warm white mode meant to evoke a candle, two intensity settings, and a push-button switch, with up to 13 hours of battery autonomy and a 4-hour recharge. The aluminium and polyethylene build is rated IP44 with IK 10 impact resistance and UV resistance, and the lamp can be taken apart and repaired with replaceable components.[12,14,16,17] |
