Product Insights
The Simons Maison square pure linen cushion, at $69 CAD, undercuts comparable pure linen feather pillows by 23-31% while offering a durable cover that develops a soft patina and rumpled elegance over years; the linen naturally repels dust and dirt, stays breathable, and is eco-friendly, yet requires spot cleaning with a damp cloth and occasional fluffing of the plush feather fill to maintain loft.

Keeping the linen cushion fresh with easy cleaning

Adding comfortable support to your sofa or bed
Use this 50 x 50 cm square cushion wherever you want an extra layer of comfortable support, such as on a sofa or bed. The retailer describes its feather fill as very comfortable, though that is a subjective characterization.[2]

| Square Pure Linen Removable Cover Cushion 50 X 50 Cm: Choose this if you want a 50 by 50 cm square cushion with a 100% linen removable cover and a feather fill, with a hidden zip on the edging for easy removal and care that involves simply wiping clean with a damp cloth. It suits a simple, monochromatic look with fine trim, available in Sand, Green, and Blue-Grey color options. Note that close-up images show seam joins that are slightly puckered, which may matter if you prefer perfectly crisp stitching.[2,3] | Solid Pure Linen Removable-Cover Cushion Feather Fill 50 X 50 Cm: Choose this if you want a 100% pure linen accent cushion with a removable, hidden-zip cover and certified responsible feather fill, in a 50 x 50 cm square size that reviewers say fits well on standard sofas as an elegant, saturated base for layering. Reported plush, supportive feather comfort makes it pleasant for long sits, though the fill makes it heavier than typical synthetic pillows, which can make frequent rearranging cumbersome. Note the care is spot clean only, and edges are not reinforced, which one reviewer worried could limit durability in high-wear homes with pets or children.[1,4] | Fine Check Pure Linen Removable-Cover Cushion 50 X 50 Cm: Choose this if you want a natural-fibre accent cushion with refined styling: it has a 100% linen cover in a fine check pattern, a hidden zip on the edging for a removable cover, and 100% certified responsible feather fill in a square 20 by 20 inch (50 x 50 cm) size. The merchant describes it as adding a touch of refined elegance to any decor. Note that the cushion is spot clean only, which matters if you prefer machine-washable pieces.[5] |
