  • Severe quality issues and poor customer support for Tekla duvet covers

1/10 I’ve had two sets from them first linen duvet cover was flaking so unbelievably hard if you gently touched it flyaways would just be everywhere. Got another one and followed all the rules of care, less dust but the colour discolouration after 3 years was insane. I have the pillow covers which are still the same colour as it was before but the cover has completely changed and when you see it next to each other it’s incomparable. The corners are also all ripped up this was super disappointing. I contacted support twice and they essentially told me it was the vendor I purchased at would be responsible for replacing even though they did say that the quality of the product should NOT be in this condition. When I contacted the vendor they no longer carry Tekla and couldn’t help with replacing and realistically it should be on Tekla and not the vendor. Clearly they do not stand behind their product
