Avoid this useless company. Obviously Canadian. Can’t get anything right. No wonder why we lose all competition to American companies. I entered the correct address to them. They gave Purlator the wrong address. I still don’t have this item. I’ve gone back and forth with Purlator so many times now. 2 failed deliveries. 45 mins on hold on the phone. All for this company’s incompetence. And then they send me a “how was it” email? Check the delivery status first. I have bought from this company so many times but no longer anymore. I’m 35 weeks pregnant trying to get all of the stuff I need beforehand. And because of this company’s incompetence, I can’t. At the beginning, they were good. But you know what happens when companies grow like this, profit thirsty. Last time I will go near this company. Good riddance.
