Amber glass scratches way too easily
I ordered the amber bronze pump recently. At first, I was very happy with the pump as it is the perfect size for soap and the amber glass looked elegant on my kitchen countertop. However, within a week of using it, the amber coating on the glass rubbed off after lightly rubbing up against my windowsill a few times, quickly making the pump look worn and cheap. Also, when I used a sponge to remove the sticky adhesive from the label on the bottom, a lot of the amber coating came off the bottle, revealing clear glass underneath. Overall, the pump is definitely beautifully designed but unfortunately the quality is not up to par for this item. I would not recommend it. Fortunately, Simons customer service was excellent and fully refunded me without having me return the item to them.

These were on my daughter’s wish list for Christmas, and she absolutely loves them. I was super impressed with how quickly Simmons shipped them to me after ordering and how well packed they were.

I purchased the brush holder, soap dish and cup. They look nice, the colour is what I was looking for and they appear sturdy as the glass is quite thick. One star removed as the brush holder lid can not be removed for easy cleaning.
Stains countertops!
I purchased the set and it looks beautiful but unfortunately it stained my quartz countertops. Unfortunately I will be requesting a refund.

Mauvais design - mécanisme pompe
Le verre est joli et solide, toutefois le savon s'accumule au niveau du bouchon s'écoulant ensuite le long de la bouteille dès qu'on actionne la pompe. En plus d'être désagréable, bien on perd du savon. Le même problème était survenu avec une bouteille achetée il y a quelques années (verre transparent, mais même modèle) et je me rends compte maintenant que ça n'était pas de la malchance mais bien un mauvais design. Je ne recommande pas ce produit. :-/

Ce qui m'a surpris, il ne s'agit pas de vrai verre ambre, mais plutôt une fine couche par dessus un verre transparent. J'ai écaillé la couche juste en tentant d'enlever l'étiquette collée. J'ai demandé un remboursement. J'ai trouvé un set identique (malheureusement plus cher) qui était bien meilleur.
Nice but the paint comes off after 2 weeks
I bought 3 sets, for all my bathrooms. Unfortunately I've noticed the paint comes off on some items, just by standing on the sink. . . It's a shame and money wasted, as now I would need to replace everything. I do not recommend this product, as it won't last with the same look as when you buy it.

I was disappointed in the soap dish I purchased. It’s just clear glass coated in a plastic finish of sorts which scrapes off pretty easily. Had I known the glass was just coated, rather than being actually coloured, like I expected, I would have never bought it. Wasn’t able to return via free shipping because I would get charged a restocking fee and the Vancouver Simons is not accessible.
