This policy has been a business success since our foundation in 1840. At any time, if the merchandise does not suit you, you can return your purchase for a full refund.

For your returns, you do not have to pay a carrier to return the product.  Simply follow the steps below to obtain an “RMA Number” and shipping slip. You can attach the shipping slip to the package in which you received the goods or in any other box which is more convenient for you. Please note that a fixed fee of $ 5,00 will be deducted from the total amount of your refund to cover a part of the transportation costs. La Maison Simons will assume the balance of the costs.

 

Please save your receipt.

If you wish to return a purchase, your receipt will make it faster to receive credit.

In most instances, we can verify purchases made on our Website with our receipt lookup system.

If you have a profile

 

·         Sign-in to your Account on www.simons.ca.

·         Select «Account»

·         In the tab «Your Orders», select the order that contains the item to return.

·         Select the «Return Items» button.

·         You must agree to the Return policy and click on «Initiate a return».

·         Select the item you want to return and choose a reason in the list. Click on «Submit».

·         We will send you a confirmation for the refund and a shipping slip by email.  Please follow the instructions in the email to print your shipping slip and to arrange for the pickup of your good(s) with UPS.

·         Please allow a short delay from 5 – 7 days from when we receive the product for the refund to be processed.

 

 

As a guest

 

·         Click on «Return Policy» from the bottom of the homepage.

·         Select «Make your return as a guest».

·         Enter the order number and postal code and click «Submit».

·         You must agree to the Return policy and click on «Initiate a return».

·         Select the «Return Items» button. Choose a reason in the list and click on «Submit».

·         We will send you a confirmation for the refund and a shipping slip by email.  Please follow the instructions in the email to print your shipping slip and to arrange for the pickup of your good(s) with UPS.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Please note that in-store purchases will be exchanged or refunded in stores only.

 

You can exchange or refund items purchased through our website at any of our stores. Make sure you have the original invoice and the item you want to return to facilitate the transaction. Please use the store locator to find the nearest Simons.

 

Gift-cards are non-refundable.

 

All refunds will be made by the way the payment was made.

 

If you want to cancel an order, you can do it as long as we have not sent you a shipping confirmation for the order.  You can check whether or not we have done so by calling at 1-877-666-1840. If you have already received the shipping confirmation, you may return the merchandise as soon as it arrives by following the process outlined above. 

 

 

 

Changes to Information on our Website

 

Dates of the current offers, prices and availability of goods on the website may be changed without notice. We work hard to show only the available articles and to resupply stocks regularly. However, it is possible that we are going to be out of stock for certain inventory items, for some sizes or some colors, when the order is placed. Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation with the date of receipt of your order, the availability and the price of each article ordered. From time-to-time, we may have to cancel an order placed through our Website if, for example, the goods ordered are unexpectedly unavailable for shipment.

 

While we try to meet your needs as closely as possible, we reserve the right to revise any price or inaccurate description and to cancel or refuse any order with an inaccurate price or description. These corrections can be made even after acceptance of an order.

 

 

 

Sales Tax

 

Simons collects sales tax for products ordered on this website.  The rate of sales tax that will apply to an order is dependent on the delivery address of the order. The 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) is added to all orders in every province except for the following provinces in which the HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) is added to all orders: Nova Scotia (15%), Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador (13%) and British Columbia (12%).  In addition, provincial sale tax is added to all orders in the province of Québec (7.5%).
